ACNYC2018 Testimonies

This is from Selena:
To everyone who encouraged the youth whether it was praying, monetary giving, giving of time through helping without fund raising, or any other part that you played to help us go to ACNYC 2018 in Indianapolis this year. From the bottom of our heart, thank you so very much! We had an awesome time, outstanding, life changing word went forth. I believe we can all say we came back with a new passion for this Apostolic doctrine and lifestyle, a renewed compassion for souls, a higher outreach desire, a fresh encouragement and greater unity! It wasn’t a “get away”, or a “vacation” that you gave to, but you invested in the very future of the Apostolic Doctrine. So once again, thank you from the bottom of our hearts, we love each of you!

This is AJ testimony.
I'm thankful for all the ones who gave, so we were able to go to NYC2018. The preaching was amazing, and really changed my life. It gave me a greater desire to serve the Lord with everything in me. It was great to see so many young people that are serving the Lord in this good Apostolic way.

This is Leigh's testimony:
I am so very thankful that me and my youth group were able to be apart of ACNYC18! It was one amazing week that I will forever remember! Just being with so many young people who believe the same as we do, was truly a blessing! What I got out of this trip was that I want to be stronger than I’ve ever been in Jesus. I don’t want to just look Holy, and Godly on the outside, but to be truly holy, dedicated and sold out for Him! I came back encouraged and excited for my church! I know God has such amazing things in store for WOPAC, and I can not wait to see what He’s going to do on Bradford Hill! I want to see my youth group grow so much deeper in Jesus, and for lost souls to come in and say I want what y’all got! There’s no other lifestyle I would rather live! I’m so thankful for the Apostolic doctrine! I’m so thankful to be filled with the precious gift of the Holy Ghost! I am so honored and privileged to be born and raised in this truth! And I am so grateful for a pastor who preaches it straight to us! I wouldn’t want it any other way! God is so good! I’m thankful to be apart of his Kingdom! I love Him and I praise Him! And a huge shoutout to my amazing church family for giving and donating to help us get to Indianapolis! I love and appreciate everyone of y’all so very much!

This is Bethany's testimony:
I want to thank everyone so much for helping us raise the money to get to go on this trip. It was such a blessing to get to see other young people on fire for God and dressed Holy. The preaching was so encouraging and I believe each of us got blessed every night. I am so glad to get to see young people like us praising and worshipping our mighty God. Thank you so much again for your donations

This is from Elisabeth.
My testimony:
God has been so good!  I’m very thankful we got to go to NYC.  It was such a blessing to see a bunch of young people that believe like we do.  To know that there’s still young people out there that desire more of Jesus.  It was definitely an encouragement.  God moved in each and every service, and the preaching was absolutely phenomenal!  I think what blessed me most at NYC, was the feeling of being in this thing together.  We can’t make it on our own.  We need our brothers and sisters to help strengthen and encourage us.  I thank you all for helping and supporting us to go!  It means so much to us.  I truly believe our young people are even stronger than before and I can’t wait to see what God is gonna do next in our lives!

This is Leah's testimony:
Before we went to the conference I got asked to go on a missions trip with somebody sometime next year, and I’ve always been kinda scared to go out of the country... so I told them I was going to pray about it. But I thought I already had my mind made up and I decided I wasn’t going. But While we were at the conference and they got up and they were talking about the missions and beating the rain... the lord actually convicted me, because I thought that the Lord could send someone else, and someone more qualified... but during altar call that night the Lord brought back to my mind the times I’ve prayed “Wherever you send me I’ll go! Even if I’m scared, even if it’s not easy. If it’s you then I’ll go!” And I realized that I have to go because there are souls that are crying out for help! And even though I’m very scared!!! There is a cry of souls needing a savior!!! And if I don’t go how will I ever know if they will ever get to hear of the wonderful savor that gave his all for them!! Because he loves them oh so much that he thought they were worth dying for! So while I was there I realized even though sometimes we’re scared it gives the lord more room to work because we know we’re not able in ourselves, so we are leaning completely on him. There’s a lot more, but this is one of main things I thought of.

I serve a mighty good, mighty BIG God! He has done so much and brought me so far, and I get excited to think that he isn't  done yet!

So many people are looking at the bad and troubling things that are going on in the world, but we as chlidren of God, the REDEEMED, have nothing to fear,  nothing to be troubled over, nothing to be afraid of; for we know that the Author and FINISHER of our faith, the One who purchased us with his own blood, who paid a dept that he didn't owe, the one carries us and leads us daily will surely see us through. Isaiah 46:4 says, And even to your old age I am he; and even to your hoar hairs will I carry you I have made, and I will bear, even will I carry you and will deliver you. We can take comfort in knowing that God will never leave nor forsake us (Hebrews 13:5). It's comforting to know that he is our healer (Exodus 15:26; Isaiah 53:5)

I am looking forward to all that God has in store for his people, he truly is a great God and really is doing great things! I want to encourage my brothers and sisters in Christ, you can make it, you've come too far to turn back now. We were in prayer service the other night and the scripture came to me about one chasing a thousand and two chasing ten thousand.  It encouraged me to know that every time I pray for someone I am helping them to chase ten thousand, and every time someone prays for me they are helping me to chase ten thousand; we can make it! I'll pray for you (you can conact me at my e-mail address below ), you pray for me and we will see Jesus face to face one day soon! However, If you don't have a personal relationship with Jesus then I encourage you; seek out a truth preaching church. Email one of us ministers, call the church, or stop by one of our services. We will be happy to pray for you and answer any questions that you may have!

May God keep your hearts and minds in Jesus name,

Sister Selena Clemons

Encouragement for young ladies:
He's the King, and we are his princesses.  He loves us more than words can describe.  He made every girl absolutely beautiful in every way, no matter who tells you different.  He wants us to be like Him and serve Him.  I love being an Apostolic girl and am proud of it!

Proverbs 31:30
Favour is deceitful, and beauty is vain:  but a woman that feareth the Lord, she shall be praised.

God has been so good to me. I don't deserve anything he has done for me. I'm just a tiny speck on this huge earth but yet he cares enough about me to die for me. What love is this? That he would lay down his life for someone who is a nobody. I can not express how much I love him. I praise him everyday because because he deserves all the glory and honor. I'm looking forward to the greater things he has planned for the young people in 2017!

Jesus is my Lord, my King, and my everything! I love Him because He first loved me! I thank Him for bringing my family closer to Him!

God is so good! He is still answering prayers, performing miracles, and moving in services! He has done so much for me, and he didn't have to do anything! He is so worthy of our praise. I thank him for my friens and family. I also thank him for our youth. Our youth has grown closer to God, and is still growing. His love is more than words can describe! I praise him for who he is , not for what he's done. He is my everything! No matter what situation I'm in, he is always there. I thank him for everything!

Arawen Coleman

Hi I'm Arawen Coleman, my parents and I are full time evangelists from WOPAC. I got the Holy Ghost in North Carolina on June 17 2016 when my parents were preaching a service there. I felt uncomfortable praying at new churches, but that night these two young ladies came into my pew and asked if they could pray with me, and I said yes. Then I got the Holy Ghost, I had never felt this way before in my life, it was amazing! At the end of service before the Pastor closed he asked if anybody had got the Holy Ghost, and I raise my hand. When I received the Holy Ghost I got joy, peace, power, and became a member of the WOPAC choir.
