Peach Fluff

1st Layer - Crust
1 cup flour
1 cup nuts
1 1/2 sticks butter
1/4 cup sugar
Mix and pat in 9x13
Bake at 350 for 20 mins or until lightly brown.
Let cool

2nd Layer
8 oz. cream cheese (softened)
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup cool-whip
Mix together and spread over 1st layer.

3rd Layer
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
2 tbsp. cornstarch
Cook until thick.  Add one small peach jello.  Cool.
Add 5 to 6 sliced ripe peaches, pour over 2nd layer.
Top with cool-whip.  Chill 3 to 4 hours.
