6 eggs (slightly beaten)
3 cups Sugar
2 tbs Flour
3 tsp Vanilla
1 cup Buttermilk
Mix together well. Pour in 3 regular or 2 deep dish unbaked pie crusts. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 to 40 minutes. (Centers should be well set.)
