Blueberry Muffins

Blueberry Muffins

1 1/2 cup all purpose flour
3/4 cup white sugar
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp baking powder
1/3 vegetable oil
1 egg
1/3 cup milk
1 cup blueberry topping

Topping:
1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup flour
1/4 cup butter, cubed
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Combine flour, sugar, salt, baking powder.  Place oil in 1 cup measuring cup, add egg, add milk to fill to 1 cup.  Mix with flour mixture.  Fold in blueberries.  Fill muffin cups to top.  Combine topping ingredients together.  Sprinkle on top.  Bake 18 minutes.
