Revelation 3:20 "Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me."
Jesus wants to enter into each person's life. He wants us to let Him have complete control in our lives.
Search through the Word and find as many scriptures as you can that show how Jesus wants to dwell within you. Here are a few, but there are many, many more.
Matthew 11:28-30; John 3:15-16; II Peter 3:9; Jude 24-25.
Sometimes we can hear the voice of the Lord but choose to never open the door to receive what He has for us. We must give God our all. If we will just allow God to move in our lives, He will direct our steps.
Proverbs 3: 5-6 "Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths."
Isaiah 26:4 "Trust ye in the Lord for ever: for in the Lord Jehovah is everlasting strength . . .
If we allow God to enter into our lives and completely surrender to Him, we will have everything we could ever need. Choose you this day who you will serve. Let your soul say YES to the Lord.
