Broccoli Casserole

2 pkgs. frozen broccoli
2 eggs, well beaten
1 can mushroom soup
1 cup grated Velveeta cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
butter, 1 stick melted
1 pk. of Ritz crackers, crushed

Cook broccoli until tender according to package directions.  Combine eggs, soup, cheese, and mayonnaise; fold in broccoli.

Pour into casserole dish; cover with cracker crumbs and dot with butter.  You may garnish with almonds.  Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.  Makes 6-8 servings.
